I’m a programmer focused on .Net, C#, and SQL. I work full time for a private wholesale company in the Cincinnati area. I’ve worked as a web designer for about four years. Recently I've moved to more of a developer role within the company. Lots of responsibility but something I've looked forward to for years.

I plan to really use this site as a way to practice new skills that I develop along my IT path. The blog, honestly not my style but I'm making some life changing moves. Perhaps this is one small step of the process.

I'm also a wife and mom and I've lived in the Cincinnati are most of my life. I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new. I've started attending some local users group meetings for .Net and SQL. I'm usually pretty shy and tend not to put myself in the types of situation where I don't know the people I'm around. It's just difficult for me to have conversations with people I don't know. That's when I decided to get changes I have to make changes.
